MATE UNIVERSE

Mate Universe has not only distinguished himself as a motion graphics and VJing professional in clubs all over Europe, but is even more noted as a DVD producer, working with internationally acclaimed artists such as the German electronic producers Funkstoerung or the Norwegian jazz trumpet player Nils Petter Molvaer. In addition, Mate produces videos for trade fairs and organizations, such as for the Metro Madrid among many others. He describes his visual style as "deconstructive and abstract", we view his work as pioneering, inspiring and influential. His 3-dimensional objects may appear robotic in one moment, but organic in the next. With Mate, one never knows which universe you might get sucked into next...
